With seamless access to cameras, GPS’s, Bluetooth devices, and other mobile apps, mobile apps provide a smooth and efficient user experience. They are ideal for high-use applications and repetitive tasks. Because they work whether connected to the Internet or not, they are great for field tasks.
Web apps
Line-of-business applications often require lots of screen space so are well suited as web apps. Also, because they work on phones, tablets, laptops, and computers without the user having to install anything, they suit scenarios where users may be hesitant to commit to downloading an app.

- Discovery
Let us discuss your idea or challenges. We will listen then offer some ideas and options and between us we will quickly determine whether a viable solution is likely. It may take a few phone calls, Zooms or even a site visit. Either way this phase has no fee or obligation to you.

- Wireframe walkthrough
If it appears we will be able to create a viable solution, we will produce a wireframe walkthrough. This will help you visualise a potential mobile or web app. We will use the information you’ve provided, probably request more, then combine with our knowledge of building friendly and efficient apps to translate it into a solution. You will be able to see all the screens and how navigation between them will work.
The focus at this stage is to ensure the required functionality captured, and if not, enable quick iterations until the desired outcome is achieved. The visual design is low priority.

- Visual design
For smaller, or staff-facing apps, wireframe walkthroughs can be sufficient to trigger the implementation of your solution. We will take your business colours and fonts, or whatever digital assets you provide, and produce a clean and attractive app.
However, you may prefer to see a visual design so you will know exactly what the finished product will look like. We can do this or you can engage your own graphic designers by passing along the wireframe walkthrough and having them ‘re-skin’ the screens.

- Implementation
Once you are happy with design, we will build your solution. We will draw on knowledge, patterns, and code libraries from other similar projects to make this as efficient as possible. Typically, you will nominate one or two stake-holders and we will keep them updated with releases of the product so you can see progress and participate in testing as we go.

- Deployment
We will help you as necessary to get the solution published. This may involve configuring public App Store accounts, advising on software and server requirements, recommending hosting services and generally ensuring everything is running as we expect.

- Ongoing support
We don’t expect you to require much support once your solution is deployed but as IT is always moving forward with app store policy changes, 3rd party API changes, and security threats and challenges you can rest assured we’ll be there to support you to ensure our solutions continue to operate as intended. We support all products we create.
